PRE EVENT CONSULTATIONS
This service is designed for the "Do It Yourself" Party Planner or the Overworked Professional.

The consultation includes any or all of the following services...

Equipment suggestions and package prices based upon your budget, the party theme, guests (approximate number, age, gender, physical activity, etc.), other activities at event, etc..
Site inspection in regards to the size requirements (will the equipment that you've chosen physically fit in the room or area).
Site inspection in regards to the equipment requirements (accesses inspected & reviewed for water, electric, building and/or road access, set up & breakdown time requirements, etc.).
Computer enhanced design layout of site and the equipment that you've chosen (to be faxed or mailed to you or your client after the consultation).
Subcontractor referral for items & services that we do not offer. With almost 20 years of experience in the party planning business in the South Florida area, we have an extensive database of unique items and companies that may enhance your special event (special event facilities, portable toilets, unique rental items, portable stages, sound & lighting specialists, imitation snow, ice machines, electrical contractors, custom decorators, national & local variety acts, etc.).

$ 250.00 - Consultation Fee

If the equipment order is $ 5,000.00 or more, the previously paid $ 250.00 consultation fee will be refunded when the balance is paid in full.
